This page is meant for participating lenders only. If you are a homebuyer interested in obtaining an MCC, you should contact a Participating Lender.
For Lenders Only
Lenders thank you for your participation in the MCC program. This program is only as strong as the Lenders who participate. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please contact us by email, or call (510) 670-5246.
If you are a non MCC Lender, and would like to apply for participation status, fill out the MCC Lender Participation Agreement (MCC1). Once you have filled out the application, please mail the original, along with your participation fee to MCC Program, 224 W. Winton Ave, room 108, Hayward CA 94544
