Refinance

If you are a current MCC Holder, and you want to refinance your existing mortgage, contact a participating lender to receive a reissued MCC or RMCC. Please note that you must use a participating lender in order to continue to receive the tax benefits of your MCC. If you do not use a participating lender, you are not qualified for a Reissued MCC (RMCC).
