The review process for all development applications includes an analysis of the proposal and public notification. The Current Planning Division, reviews development projects, conducts environmental review of projects, and administers the Zoning Ordinance Current planning projects include residential, industrial and commercial projects that are currently being reviewed for conformance with local, state and federal requirements. For your convenience, these projects are listed in the monthly reports provided below. The reports, sorted by unincorporated area, include the location, development request, date received, status, and project planner:
