March 7, 2017 – City of Berkeley, District 4 Special Vote by Mail Election


An accessible touchscreen/audio voting machine is provided to assist voters with visual, auditory, or motor skill limitations and is available at the Registrar of Voters office starting on Monday, February 6th 2017 and ending on Election Day Tuesday, March 7th, 2017.

Office Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Election Day hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

An accessible touchscreen/audio voting machine is also available on Election Day, Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Reminder: in order to utilize the accessible voting machine at the Berkeley location, your Vote by Mail ballot and pink return envelope must be surrendered.

Who is Eligible?

Voters who reside in these jurisdictions are eligible* to vote in this Special Vote by Mail Election:

  • City of Berkeley, Council District 4

Polling Locations

Note: This is a Vote by Mail Election only. There are no Polling Places. Vote by Mail Ballots will be mailed out starting on February 6, 2017.
